Field base role with nationwide travel expected. (Scotland/Glasgow and surrounding region) Holding a full UK registered driving licence

40 Hours | Variable shifts working days and nights.

Salary

£13.50 per hour

A day includes

We currently have a brilliant opportunity for a Field based role as a Store Merchandising Team Leader within our Implementation Department Team. You will be effectively managing the on‑site execution, delivery and successful opening of all assigned implementation projects while reporting into the Implementation manager with nationwide travel expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage merchandising teams and deliver on site activity for all assigned projects across Superdrug.
  • Communicate and update daily with the Store/Implementation Manager, Project Support Manager, and other key head office departments.
  • Review project progress and make decisions and implement plans to deliver best in class project delivery.
  • Ensure revenue cost reporting to the Implementation Manager is delivered in a timely manner. Review on site resource management needs in line with the project scope.
  • Deliver the commercial plan as per the project plan.
  • Full training will be provided as part of this role.

What you\’ll need to succeed

  • Be willing to travel to a variety of stores within your region.
  • You need to have some experience in retail merchandising / planogram compliance.
  • Educated to GCSE or above level would be valuable.
  • You will understand the core principles of effective planning and organizing skills.
  • Your leadership experience will have equipped you to lead small in‑store teams.
  • Experience of being a good team player is essential.
  • Driving License and willingness to travel.
