Responsibilities
- Threading, Tinting, Facial & Brow waxing, Korean Lash lift, Brow lamination, Ear and Nose piercing
- Provide expert beauty treatments and professional advice to customers, ensuring a positive in-store experience
- Offer and upsell related products and services
- Participate in in-house professional training and keep up to date with industry trends
Qualifications
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or relevant threading certification
- 1+ year professional experience in threading; waxing accreditation preferred
- Genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
- Strong customer engagement and upselling skills
- Passion for beauty and willingness to stay current with trends and techniques
