What you'll bring to the role:
- Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred.
- Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service.
- The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role).
