The Role
- Support the management team in daily business activities
- Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service and store standards
- Maximise profit by reducing shrinkage, damages, errors, and costs
About You
- Experience in supervisory or team leading roles within fast-paced retail
- Understanding of retail KPIs like sales, profit, and service
- Confidence, resilience, ambition, and the ability to develop others
- Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided, not essential)
