Role Overview: The Sales Adviser role is dynamic and rewarding, offering opportunities for progress and development. You will provide excellent customer service, promote Star Buys, maintain store presentation, and contribute to achieving store targets. Training for ear and nose piercing may be provided to support the store’s growing services business.
Responsibilities:
- Serve customers with excellent service, ensuring a positive experience.
- Promote Star Buys and keep customers informed of product offerings.
- Stock the store and maintain a high level of presentation.
- Support team objectives and participate actively in store targets.
- May provide piercing services after training.
Qualifications:
- Confident and clear communication skills

- Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided, optional)
