Location: East Croydon

Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.

What you’ll need:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales, account management, partnerships, or a related commercial role
  • Looking to step into a more revenue-driven, commercial position
  • Desire to develop negotiation, client ownership, and commercial strategy skills
  • Interest in Insights and Retail Media (experience in retail, FMCG, data, or media is beneficial but not essential)
  • Comfortable working with clients and contributing to revenue targets and growth
  • A strong commercial mindset with an interest in revenue and growth
  • Confidence working with data, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Ability to support pricing, pipeline management, and opportunity identification
  • Excellent time management in meeting deadlines and prioritising follow-up actions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • A proactive, ownership-driven approach to work
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
