What You’ll Bring To The Role:
- Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer
- Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators including sales, profit and service
- The ability to help others develop and improve their skills
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers, training provided and not essential as part of the role
