SUPERDRUG in New Milton is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager and lead the store team to deliver strong sales and service. You will oversee team performance, merchandising, stock control and daily operations to ensure a smooth, customer-focused shopping experience.
The role is full-time (39 hours per week) with shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Salary is up to £31,400 per annum, with a bonus and staff discount and generous annual leave.
