Reporting into Head of Healthcare Operations, in this role, you’ll take ownership of your region, creating and implementing a strategic business plan to achieve targets and foster a culture of outstanding customer care. You’ll ensure compliance with legal and professional standards, build strong relationships with local commissioners, and champion innovation in pharmacy services.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support pharmacy teams to hit KPIs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Drive NHS items growth, commissioned services, and private opportunities.
  • Create development plans for Pharmacy Managers and Pharmacists.
  • Oversee audits and adherence to SOPs.
  • Strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
  • Support ER resolution and foster a positive work environment.

We’re Looking For

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience managing remote teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Pharmacy Contract.
  • Full UK driving licence.
