Location: East Croydon, hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 days in office near East Croydon Station). Hours: 37.5 – 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Salary: Competitive.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑channel CRM campaigns using Adobe Campaign to design and build emails, push notifications and SMS.
- Produce and deliver day‑to‑day communications including initial briefs, targeting, data selection, programming campaigns, and reporting results back to the team.
- Develop and analyse test‑and‑learn strategies to optimise communications.
- Support CRM managers to become more effective, focusing on customer content optimisation and highly targeted data for activating campaigns.
- Schedule and deploy campaigns and member programmes across members and non‑members.
- See every interaction with the customer as an opportunity to brighten their day.
- Discover new ways of working that put a smile on customers and team members’ faces.
- Use positive language and behaviours with customers and team members to be ‘The Best You’.
- Act as the voice of customers and orchestrate the organisation to live the brand purpose and inspire a customer‑first culture.
- Actively develop the ability to use AI effectively and think critically about outputs.
- Balance AI efficiency with human coaching, empathy and team cohesion to strengthen the human touch.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Ideally 2+ years of relevant CRM experience.
- Significant experience of using Adobe Campaign.
- Familiarity with SQL, HTML and JavaScript.
- Ability to organise, analyse and evaluate campaign metrics and translate them into useful insight.
