Here's the exciting bit…a day includes:

  • Working with one of our biggest Health Suppliers to deliver sales and optimisations.
  • Delivering first class execution of new product launches, sitewide events, and promotions, ensuring that products are presented in the most effective way.
  • Reporting on sales and performance for one of our key suppliers and category.
  • Ensuring products are easily searchable for our customers on Superdrug.com by ensuring all products live within the correct hierarchy.
  • Regular review and maintenance of products including writing product descriptions and refreshing content to excite our customers and drive sales.
  • Creating and managing the Online Only promotional plan.
  • Managing the Online Joint Business Plan with supplier.
  • Support in Ad-Hoc projects for category and total site.
  • Analysing promotional performance and customer engagement on a weekly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Attending meetings to advise on digital opportunities.
  • Feeding into category forecasting process.
  • Managing the trading basics (e.g. zero searches and unpublished skus) for your areas.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and category trends.
  • Regular collaboration with departments across Superdrug, including eCommerce, IT, Ops and Buying.
