Our new Stead House Distribution Centre in Darlington, is looking for a part time Human Resources Administrator on a 5 month fixed term contract. Here\’s the exciting bit…a day includes Supporting the People Advisor and People Business Partner with various administrative tasks. Being a key point of contact for site comms and posters etc. To support the team with data analysis and report creation for the HR Department. Key Responsibilities Complete basic administration for HR Department such as scanning and filing documentation. Keep the absence tracker up to date and ensure that all absences are tracked, and documentation complete to ensure return to works are done. Create any posters and documentation required. Support with note taking for meetings. Own the creation of and implementation of HR comms across site such as notice boards etc. Support as required with ordering stationary items and other consumables. Create PO’s and invoices for site and clear these down on a weekly basis. Ensure PPE is managed, and employees get what they need. Data review and report writing as required.
