About You:
- Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and/or possess a relevant threading certification or have 1 year or more of professional experience in threading.
- Have a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
- Be happy offering all of the treatments above as part of your role.
- Be confident in engaging with customers, recommending treatments, and upselling products and services.
