We welcome applications from qualified Dispensers and those with no pharmacy experience who are eager to begin their career as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant.
Location: Cambridge (Fitzroy Street)
Hours: 28 hours per week over 4 days, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 7 hours each day from 10 till 5 pm.
Salary: ÂŁ14.70 per hour (Dispenser) / Up to ÂŁ13.45 per hour depending on age (Trainee pharmacy assistant)

Responsibilities
- Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment
- Delivering exceptional service across both the pharmacy counter and dispensary
- Ensuring customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising
Qualifications and Requirements
- Either NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career with us as a trainee pharmacy assistant.
- No prior experience required – just a passion for healthcare and customer service
- A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team or independently
- Confidence to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Passionate about learning and open to training in additional services
