We welcome applications from qualified Dispensers and those with no pharmacy experience who are eager to begin their career as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant.
Location: Wrexham
Hours: 18 hours per week, Monday 9‑5, Tuesday 10‑3, Wednesday 10‑2.
Salary: Up to ÂŁ13.30 per hour depending on pharmacy qualifications.

What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment
- Delivering exceptional service across both the pharmacy counter and dispensary
- Ensuring customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising
- For those joining us as a trainee pharmacy assistant you will be learning on the job and undertaking a Healthcare Assistant course as well as progressing towards a nationally recognised Level 2 NVQ in Dispensing.
We\’re Looking For:
- Either NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career with us as a trainee pharmacy assistant.
- No prior experience required – just a passion for healthcare and customer service.
- A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team or independently.
- Confidence to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passionate about learning and open to training in additional services.
