About the Role
As an Apprentice Sales Assistant at Superdrug, you’ll be at the heart of the action—serving customers with a smile, sharing our Star Buys, and ensuring all customers leave satisfied. You will help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets. This fast‑paced job offers ample opportunities to learn and grow into a future Team Leader through comprehensive on‑the‑job training over the first 12 months. At the end of the training period you’ll discuss your experiences and be observed performing your role. You will receive support from your team and tutor to achieve Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification.
