Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.

Key Responsibilities- Reviewing and building store planograms with buyers and merchandisers to ensure we are doing the right thing for customers and store teams.
- Working with suppliers to find best fixture solutions to help customers understand and shop our ranges.
- Working with buyers on promotional plans for stores, ensuring the solution looks at which products are in which stores.
- Getting involved in key company projects.
- Getting to know customers to help in making the right decisions for them.
- Helping improve the quality of stock in our store and ensuring we are pushing our own brand products.
- Planogram Management: working closely with the Merchandise Planner and Buying team, agreeing range review objectives and ensuring these are met on all plans.
- Ensuring all planograms meet visual merchandising guidelines and rules.
- Facilitating and presenting the sign-off of planograms to higher stakeholders.
- Managing discontinued stock effectively within category planograms and highlighting key risks ahead of plans going live.
- Understanding the impact of deranged stock on the business and taking necessary measures to prevent it.
- Building plans in the merchandise centre or with Supplier Category teams ahead of the range review.
- Agreeing and delivering range review communication ahead of go-live and coordinating with store operations.
- Fixturisation: ensuring all fixturisation is built into the planning process and sited on the planogram to reflect merchandising principles.
- Managing fixturisation projects and critical path for owned categories, meeting category objectives and ensuring merchandising principles are adhered to.
- Analyzing the impact of fixturisation and trays in stores, sharing data and findings with the wider team.
- Range Management: maintaining all category range plans and ensuring they are kept up to date with the latest new lines.
- Managing linked lines, owning them for the team weekly, understanding the Superdrug shopper and delivering range plans for each segment.
- Promotional Planograms: owning the sign-off process for the department and building all planograms in line with the critical path.
- Challenging facings based on promotional forecasts and SKU level distribution.
- Ensuring plans are communicated efficiently through the promotional bulletin.
- Maintaining all weekly trackers and running weekly reports for the wider team.
- Delivering planograms to stores.
- Managing the relationship with store teams and dealing with queries promptly.
- Maintaining upkeep of all category range plans.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Working within agreed budgets and timescales.
- Experience working in retail, merchandising support or a store operations environment.
- Attention to detail but aware of the bigger picture.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Time-keeping skills to ensure deadlines are met.
