Location: East Croydon area (head office near East Croydon Station)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9:00am – 5:30pm. Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our office.

Role and responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding support for Finance Systems.
• Deliver great customer service.
• Support a multicounty implementation of Oracle eBusiness Suite R12.
• Deliver support and development to a user base distributed across Europe.
• Maintain effective support to the EU Finance functions as required.
• Liaise across all IT functions and external partners on the resolution of issues.
• Deliver support services which meet (and ideally exceed) our agreed KPIs and measures.
• Provide special focus to the UK Business Units with support for several local Finance Applications.
• Coordinate the provision of financial reports and analysis through the EU Finance management team.
• Manage the provision of financial management information and analysis to Corporate Finance.
• Manage the acceptance of projects into Business-as-Usual support.
• Ensure the European Finance Systems are audit compliant.

• Have 2+ years’ experience working in a formal ITIL based support environment.
• Broad understanding of Financial systems & processes including GL, P2P, AR & FA.

Technical Skills:

• 5+ years supporting Oracle EBS R12.2.
• Ability to respond to technical incidents.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX scripting, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Forms Personalisation.
• Good knowledge of Oracle Applications Development Standards.
• Ability to discuss functional issues with users.
• Experience of TOAD/Oracle SQL Developer.

Nice to have:

• Experience of working in a European environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Support of other finance systems including Bottomline, Accurate, and Experian.
