At Superdrug, we’re looking for a Regional Nurse Manager to lead and inspire our in-store London nurse team. Reporting to the National Nurse Manager, this role leads a team of nurses to deliver safe and effective patient services and achieves commercial goals by providing direction and support to ensure services are delivered consistently, professionally and profitably.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver the nurse clinic and private services budget.
- Lead, coach, and develop nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care and customer experience.
- Implement best practice and optimal working across all clinics.
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, GPs, hospitals, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, clinical audits, and governance standards.
- Promote healthcare services to customers and stakeholders.
- Support recruitment, induction, and ongoing development of the nurse team.
- Stay up-to-date with NHS, Public Health, and private sector healthcare requirements.
We’re Looking For
- Significant experience leading a team of clinical experts in a field-based role.
- Understanding of retail or commercial business principles.
- Experience as a Revalidation lead.
- Strong planning and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively (including overnight stays).
