Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am – 5.30pm – Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office.

Day Includes:
- Supporting the Superdrug Learning offer for Head Office & Healthcare.
- Identifying learning needs.
- Supporting the design of learning content – Digital & in person.
- Works with PDM to ensure Induction sets teams up for success across Head Office & Healthcare.
- Facilitating – Virtual & in person.
- Measuring success.
- Evaluating current development offer and making recommendations for improvement.
- Projects – contributions.
- Point of contact for Head Office & Healthcare.
- Stakeholder Engagement.
- Consider the costs of planned programmes and keep within budgets.
- Ensure accurate and complete training records on the LMS of learning are maintained.
- Process invoices, update budget tracker.
- Responsible for regular updates on learning and development section on our internal system the Hub.
- Ensure that mandatory / statutory training requirements are met.
