Location: East Croydon. Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm. Hybrid working available – 2 days working from home and 3 days in our modern office close to East Croydon Station. Salary: Competitive.

A Day Includes
- Dynamic role combining commercial, strategic, and relationship‑focused responsibilities.
- No two days are the same – balance revenue‑driven activity, supplier engagement, reporting, and internal collaboration to support the growth of the Insights and Retail Media function.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across Insights and Retail Media through effective pipeline management and supplier engagement.
- Assist in managing commercial opportunities from initial conversation through to delivery.
- Maintain accurate reporting and financial processes, including invoicing and budget tracking.
- Support onboarding and delivery of data platforms.
- Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure effective execution of projects.
- Use data and reporting to identify opportunities, risks, and performance trends.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring a high standard of delivery.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
We’re looking for
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales, account management, partnerships, or a related commercial role.
- Someone looking to step into a more revenue‑driven, commercial position.
