Responsibilities
- The Junior BI Developer supports the BI team by building reports, validating data, and learning core BI practices.
- Reporting to the Lead BI Developer, this role contributes to the organization's ability to deliver reliable insights while developing personal technical capability.
- Interacting with BI Developers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Supporting sprint objectives by completing assigned tasks in Jira.
- Delivering validated reports and data extracts that colleagues rely on.
- Documenting processes and learning new BI tools and practices.
- Participating in Agile activity and collaborating with the team.
- Managing BAU TOPdesk activity for the team.
What You’ll Need
- Some experience or exposure to BI tools and SQL.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A basic understanding of how quality of BI application affects AI usage and implementation.
- You will understand the core principles of teamwork and agile delivery.
- You will have working knowledge of Power BI basics and SQL fundamentals.
- Your early experience will have equipped you to contribute to sprints and grow into more complex responsibilities.
- You are motivated by personal growth and skill development.
- You get satisfaction through completing tasks that help the team succeed.
