Location: Superdrug Head Office, 51 Sydenham Road, Croydon CR0 2EU GBR
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am - 5.30pm. Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our office close to East Croydon Station.

Role Purpose:
Here's the exciting bit… A day includes:
- Support the Insight team with administration and data tasks which support the democratization of Insights across the business.
A Typical Week In This Role Includes:
- Supporting the democratisation of Insights across the business through the maintenance and upkeep of our internal knowledge platform.
- Helping to democratise Insights out to the rest of the business through tools such as PowerBI and the updating of data extracts.
- Using SQL to extract meaningful information from our sales and customer databases to help support business decisions.
- Working on initiatives to ensure the insight team can produce accurate and actionable insight.
- Developing storytelling to translate our insights and insight tools for the business.
- Combining multiple data and research sources into actionable insights for the Superdrug business and presenting back to decision makers to ensure understanding and appropriate action is taken.
- Supporting with administrative tasks related to the commercialisation of data and insights.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the Insight team to help develop future tools and capabilities.
Stakeholders:
- Internal – Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, E-Commerce, Store Teams, Commercial Finance
- External – Suppliers (Multinational FMCG companies) and Research and Data Agencies
What You’ll Need:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Enthusiastic personality
- Microsoft Excel experience
- A full level 3 qualification and 5 GCSEs including maths and English
Desirable:
- Retail or customer service experience (office or shop floor based)
- SQL and/or Python experience
- PowerBI or other data visualisation tool experience
