Role Purpose
We’re looking for a commercially minded Financial Analyst to join our growing Healthcare Finance team. You’ll play a key role in supporting Pharmacy and Healthcare Services, delivering insight that helps shape decisions and drive performance across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a fast‑paced, evolving part of the business, working closely with both finance and operational teams.
A Typical Day In This Role Includes
- Partnering with Healthcare Services and Pharmacy teams to provide financial insight and support decision‑making.
- Producing and analysing weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities, and supporting forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Supporting KPI tracking across healthcare, ensuring clear communication of performance to stakeholders.
- Managing and reporting on pharmacy and nurse wages and hours, helping drive efficiency and investment decisions.
- Supporting the healthcare bonus process, maintaining inputs and working with the rewards team.
- Completing month‑end processes for OPEX and regional and central costs including balance‑sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and systems to drive efficiency.
- Providing ad‑hoc analysis and support to the wider finance function and Healthcare leadership team.
- Generating detailed customer‑focused initiatives, in line with the Finance strategy and supporting their execution.
- Listening to the customer and implementing new ideas and ways of working which improve service considering both online and offline.
- Ensuring the team prioritises actions that delight the customer and team member.
- Helping your team understand when to use AI, when to rely on human judgement, and how to combine both.

What You’ll Need
- Some experience working in a finance or analytical role.
