Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.

As a Reward & Benefits Business Partner, you'll play a key role in delivering and developing our reward, benefits, wellbeing and recognition programmes across Superdrug and Savers.
You'll combine day-to-day operational excellence with specialist reward expertise, ensuring our programmes run smoothly while identifying opportunities to improve the colleague experience, increase engagement and deliver value for the business.
- Managing and developing a range of reward, benefits, wellbeing and recognition programmes.
- Building strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure excellent service, value for money and continuous improvement.
- Using colleague feedback, market trends and internal data to identify opportunities to improve our reward offering.
- Developing engaging communications that help colleagues understand and make the most of their benefits.
- Monitoring programme performance, utilisation and engagement, making recommendations where improvements are needed.
- Identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve self-service and reduce manual administration through technology and automation.
- Supporting reward projects and business cases from idea through to implementation.
- Ensuring reward and benefits programmes are delivered accurately, compliantly and in line with company policies.
You enjoy balancing operational delivery with longer term thinking. You enjoy using data and insight to solve problems and improve outcomes. You are confident managing projects and driving improvements.
- Experience managing projects, initiatives or change activity.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight.
- Good commercial awareness and the ability to balance colleague needs with business objectives.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience within a retail or multi-site environment would be beneficial.
