Here’s The Exciting Bit… A Day Includes Role & Responsibility – Development & Fixtures Co‑ordinator. This role is field based, with regular UK travel. Be the voice of customers and orchestrate the organisation to live the brand purpose and inspire a customer‑first culture to build customer love in every touchpoint of our O+O platform. Working as part of the Fixture Development Team, supporting the Fixtures & Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for teams regarding fixture development projects, assisting with progression of information.
- Manage a range of development projects from initial brief through to manufacture.
- Lead communication to wider teams on fixture requirements.
- Work closely with procurement, commercial and the rollout team to ensure smooth landing of projects.
- Coordinate meeting requirements for development projects with Fixtures Manager.
- Participate in meetings, collate notes and define next step ownership.
- Assist in progression of detail and monitor next step progression with working group of project.
- See every interaction with the customer as an opportunity to delight them; comfortable using different platforms to communicate.
- Understand customer needs and empower others to remove barriers to deliver great service.
- Use positive language and behaviours in all interactions, building trust and rapport.
- Prioritise actions that delight the customer/colleague.
- Suggest and support new ideas and ways of working designed to improve service.
- Ensure new fixture arrives in the right place at the right time, working closely with the rollout team.
- Work with stakeholders & suppliers for all development projects to assist in progression of detail and monitor next steps with project working group.
- Ownership of smaller development projects from brief through to rollout.
- Investigate information as required to support project progression at handover to rollout, ensuring all specification details are collated and loaded into Fixture database.
- Stay on top of retail display trends, producing insights packs & cascade to team.
- Confidently communicate, challenge and give feedback to others.
- Encourage teamwork & collaboration within own team and others.
- Recognise strengths & contributions of various teams, build on networks to understand priorities of others.

- Generate and share ideas both within immediate team and outside.
- Maintain budget tracker, raise purchase orders and liaise with finance & commercial teams for CER documentation.
- Assist with organisation of tenders, creating tender packs, coordinating with legal, collating submissions, attending review meetings, and ensuring documentation is loaded onto central database.
- Create final submission packs including IC paper and legal forms, progress approval process.
- Monitor supplier trackers, collate KPI documentation, maintain fixture fit‑out specifications, issue KPI meetings notes.
- Maintain specification details for fixtures database; manage design risk assessment, weight testing documentation, fitting instructions, drawing packs; ensuring relevant documents are issued to correct departments.
Finance
- Creation of CER documentation liaising with finance & commercial teams to ensure allocation of budget lines identified for PO allocation once IC approved.
- Raise all purchase orders requested in a timely manner for our suppliers.
- Maintain and update the budget tracker, highlighting risk.
Tender & Quote
- Assist with organisation of tenders and creating tender packs.
- Coordinate with legal for initial contract creation during tender.
- Collate all submissions for analysis.
- Attend review meetings to collate notes/scorecard details at each stage of review.
- Ensure all documentation is loaded onto central database for audit purposes.
- Create final submission packs including IC paper and legal forms with all relevant signatories.
- Progress approval process and return missing/additional details in a timely manner.
Ad‑hoc/general
- Maintain supplier trackers, collate KPI documentation from implementation and project management team.
- Own fixture fit‑out specifications, ensuring they are kept up to date.
- Attend KPI meetings to collate notes/scorecard details and issue to all in a timely manner.
- Responsible for maintaining specification details for fixtures database.
- Manage fixture fit‑out spec, design risk assessment, weight testing documentation, fitting instructions, drawing packs.
- Ensure relevant documents are issued to correct departments.
- Coordinate with project managers, store ops, merchandising.
