Responsibilities:
- Serve customers with a smile, share our Star Buys, and ensure everyone leaves feeling great.
- Help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked.
- Play a key role in smashing store targets.
- This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role packed with opportunities to learn.
- We view Apprentice Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders and provide extensive training and real opportunities to progress.
- Your training will take place in‑store over the first 12 months.
- There will be a discussion and an observation of your performance at the end of the training period.
- You will be supported by your team and tutor to achieve the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- A positive mindset & clear communication skills.
- Passionate about health & beauty and customer service.
- Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills.
- Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change.
You qualify if:
- You have a grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths (national 4's for Scotland).
- You are not currently in any form of education, and you are available for full‑time shifts.
- You HAVEN'T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
- You are eligible to work in the UK.
- You are brand new to retail.
