Role Overview: As a Christmas Sales Assistant, you’ll be right at the heart of the action—serving customers with a smile, sharing our amazing Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling great. You’ll keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets. It’s a hands‑on, fast‑paced role that’s never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see our Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders and give you everything you need to grow.
