10-months Maternity Cover, with potential opportunities beyond the contract period.

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £30,500 per annum

The Role

  • As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager to:
  • Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
  • Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
  • Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.

  • Retail leadership experience
