Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.

  • Interacting with a variety of stakeholders including suppliers and colleagues across Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing and Stores.
  • Assist with the smooth implementation of new product setup, including checking retail and cost prices.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement buyer led marketing promotion plans and strategies developed by the buying team which adhere to legislation and brand guidelines.
  • Help with the review and evaluation of the effectiveness of promotions.
  • Producing communications for stores and ensuring teams have the information they need.
  • Creating reports and analysing data for sales and category meetings.
  • Supporting the development of more efficient ways of working and helping improve existing processes.
  • Always seek out fresh ways to work through technology and/or Ai that can boost the business and move things forward.

Builds great working relationships based on trust, respect and takes into account others' needs. Flexible and adaptable.

Excellent PC skills – Microsoft Office packages especially Excel. A passion for developing a career in Buying.
