Superdrug in Cardiff is looking for a Supervisor to lead a fast-paced store team. You’ll motivate colleagues, drive sales and deliver excellent customer service while supporting the management team.
You’ll help develop staff, manage day-to-day operations, keep shelves stocked, reduce shrinkage and till errors, and ensure targets are met in a busy high-street environment. Flexibility is required with 16 hours per week and the option to take on more hours as the business demands.
