- Week 1: Wednesday – Basingstoke; Saturday – Salisbury.

Hours & Compensation:
- 18 hours per week, including alternate Saturdays.
- Up to £55,000 FTE based on 45 hours/week.

Responsibilities:
- Support multiple pharmacy teams to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure stock control, operational standards, and GPhC compliance
- Inspire teams to exceed targets and deliver that Superdrug feeling
- Work closely with your Regional Healthcare Manager for coaching and support
Qualifications:
- GPhC‑qualified pharmacist – newly qualified welcome
- Preferably with community pharmacy experience
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
- Commercially aware with an understanding of NHS pharmacy funding
- Full driving licence to cover multiple stores (ideally)
