Retail Assistant Manager

Location: 30-32 Ferryquay Street, Londonderry BT48 6JD

Hours per week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Flexible full‑time (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends). We can discuss during interview.

Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum

The Role

  • As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to:
  • Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
  • Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
  • Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Retail leadership experience.
  • Passion for customer service & sales.
  • Strong decision‑making & problem‑solving skills.
  • A results‑driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
  • Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – full training provided (Optional).
