Assistant Manager – 12 months Maternity Cover
Location: Unit 2 Wellington Square, Wellington Street, Stockton On Tees TS18 1RG
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time – flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.
Salary: Up to £31,450 per annum
The Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to:
- Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
- Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
- Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Retail leadership experience

- Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
