Hours: 39 hours a week • 13 Month Contract
Salary: £9.70 Per Hour

Are you passionate about beauty and health? Love talking to customers? You’ll work as an Apprentice Sales Adviser in a Superdrug store. The role is customer-focused, with opportunities to progress as you develop your skills and gain a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities
- Serve customers at the till and deliver excellent service, ensuring customers don’t miss out on Star Buys.
- Help ensure the store is well stocked and maintain a high level of store presentation.
- Actively contribute to achieving store targets and supporting the team to get tasks done.
- Work with your Assessor and store team to improve communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
- Participate in training in-store (no college days) and complete an end point assessment to achieve a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
- Engage in potential progression opportunities discussed with your Assessor and Store Manager (e.g., progress to sales adviser, team leader or other retail roles).
- Possibly carry out piercing services for customers (training provided).
Training and progression
Your training will be in-store, with support from your Assessor and Store Manager. After successful completion of the end point assessment, you will achieve a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. Progression opportunities may include advancing to a sales adviser, team leader, or other retail roles.
