In our Sales Advisers, we look for a positive mindset, people who can support their team to get things done, and enjoy getting involved. Your role at Superdrug will involve serving customers, delivering excellent service, and ensuring customers don’t miss out on our great Star Buys. You’ll help keep the store well-stocked and maintain high standards of store presentation, actively contributing to achieving store targets. Additionally, you will be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our fast-growing piercing business in-store.

This experience will prepare you for bigger challenges. Superdrug Sales Advisers are our future Team Leaders. We will develop your skills and offer real career progression through our excellent in-house training and Apprenticeship qualifications.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Confident and clear communication skills
• Passionate about retail and customer service
• Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided) (Optional)
• Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
