What you’ll do

• Serve customers and deliver excellent service and ensure customers don’t miss out on any of our great Star Buys.
• Keep the store well stocked and maintain a high level of store presentation. Be actively involved in achieving store targets.
• Be trained in ear and nose piercing to support the store’s piercing business (training provided).

What you’ll need

• Confident and clear communication skills
• Passionate about retail and customer service
• Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills
• Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided) – Optional
