- Working with the E Store team ensuring the store is well stocked and replenished.
- Processing online orders, picking and packing them for our customers, to be sent directly to their doors.
- Leading the teams to achieve the KPIs and ensuring they are adhering to health and safety.
- Being out on the shop floor, bringing the same energy to our in-store customers.
- Restocking shelves or helping someone find exactly what they need.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred.
- Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service.
- The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role).
