Key Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with major health suppliers to boost sales and optimize performance
- Executing product launches, sitewide events, and promotions effectively
- Reporting on sales and performance metrics for key suppliers and categories
- Ensuring product visibility and correct hierarchy on Superdrug.com
- Maintaining and refreshing product content to engage customers and increase sales
- Managing online promotional plans and joint business strategies with suppliers
- Supporting ad-hoc projects across categories and the website
- Analyzing promotional and customer engagement data regularly
- Participating in meetings to explore digital opportunities
- Contributing to category forecasting and managing trading basics
- Monitoring competitor activities and market trends
- Collaborating across departments including eCommerce, IT, Operations, and Buying
