- In our E Store Sales Advisers, we look for a positive mindset, people who can support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved.
- Your role at Superdrug as one of our E Store Sales Advisers will be all about customer service, you’ll be picking the e-orders that come through from our online customers and packing them to be sent directly to their doors.
- You’ll also be delivering excellent service to our customers in store.
- You’ll help ensure that the store is well stocked, and a high level of store presentation is maintained and actively be involved in achieving the store targets.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail
- Confident and clear communication skills
- Passionate about retail and customer service
- Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided) (Optional)
- Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
