Hours: 16 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours
Shifts: Flexible; Monday, Thursday and Friday 17:00-22:00 and weekends

Responsibilities
- Your role will be to work with the E‑Store team, ensuring the store is well stocked and replenished, processing online orders, picking and packing them for our customers, and leading the teams to achieve the KPIs and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
- You will also work on the shop floor, restocking shelves and providing excellent service to in‑store customers.
Qualifications
- Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑paced high‑street retailer.
- Understanding of retail key performance indicators, including sales, profit and service.
- The ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided and not essential).
