In this role, you will provide expert beauty treatments and professional advice to our customers, ensuring they enjoy the best possible in‑store experience. We work with trusted and professional beauty brands such as Beauty by Ellie, Mylee, Studex, and Lash Perfect.

In‑house professional training is offered in Threading, Tinting, Waxing, Piercing, and Lash extensions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert beauty treatments in a high‑quality, professional manner.
- Provide personalised service and product recommendations to exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in the studio.
- Assist in product sales and upselling during consultations.
- Keep up‑to‑date with current beauty trends and techniques.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
- Genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
- Confidence in engaging customers, recommending treatments, and upselling products.
