Your day will be all about making customers feel amazing, sharing our Star Buys, and helping everyone leave the store feeling great. You’ll support the management team with day‑to‑day running of the store, drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, keep shelves stocked, reduce shrinkage and till errors, and play a key part in hitting targets and keeping things running smoothly. No two days are the same, and that’s what makes it fun!
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer – preferred
- Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
- The ability to help others develop and improve their skills
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
