Day to day you'll work alongside the store manager to:
- Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
- Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
- Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management. If successful, you will receive a job offer with details about the role, salary, training store, and benefits. - This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred. - Hours per Week: 39 hours
