As an Assistant Store Manager Designate, you'll travel between different stores in your area, supporting where you're needed most.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
- Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
- Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management. Bringing fresh ideas from your previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years
- Passion for customer service & sales.
- Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional)
- This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.
