As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to support the store’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, inspire and motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
  • Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising and stock control.
  • Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets and stock management.
  • Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers – full training provided (optional).

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail management – ideally 1+ years.

  • Results‑driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.

Hours and Pay:

  • Hours per week: 39 hours (full‑time).
