DesignateRole – willingto travel within 1 hour of your base store until assigned a permanent location.
Hours per Week: 39hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexibleshift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will bediscussed further at interview.
Salary: Upto£36,000 - £38,000 per annum

Asthe Store Manager,you’ll;
- Lead& develop a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service& maximise performance.
- Createexciting in-store promotions and experiences.
- Ensureoperational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stockmanagement.
- Drivesales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stockcontrol.
- Ensurethe smooth running of the store.
Whatyou’llneedto succeed
- Bringingfresh ideasfrom yourpreviousexperience in retailmanagement, ideally 2+years
- Strongleadership skills to inspire and motivate.
- Passionfor customer service & sales.
- Strongdecision-making & problem-solving skills.
- Aresults-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
- Willingnessto carry out piercing services for our customers – with full trainingprovided (Optional)
- Thisrole involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UKdriving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
