Contributing to and managing end‐to‐end research projects covering both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies for internal stakeholders and our multi‐national CPG suppliers. Ideating new research projects by collaborating with stakeholders across the insight team and the wider Superdrug business. Proactively seeking out wider market research reports and mining research tools for additional supporting insight (including Mintel, Stylus, YouGov, etc.). Present research and actionable insight to stakeholders and suppliers. Continuously improving existing reporting methods within the Superdrug business.
Stakeholders include: Internal – Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, E‐Commerce, Store Teams, Commercial Finance. External – Suppliers (multinational FMCG companies) and Research and Data Agencies.
