Qualifications
- Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths (National 4s for Scotland)
- Not currently in any form of education and available for full‑time shifts
- Have not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Brand new to retail
Responsibilities
As an Apprentice Sales Assistant at Superdrug you’ll serve customers with a smile, share Star Buys, ensure the store looks its best and is fully stocked, and help achieve store targets. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced and offers continuous learning opportunities.
Training will take place in‑store for the first 12 months, with no college days or homework. At the end of the training period you will complete a discussion about your experience and an observation of your performance. You will be supported by your team and your tutor throughout the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
