Responsibilities

  • Working as part of the fixture development team, supporting the Fixtures & Development Manager.
  • Assist and co‑coordinate all fixture development projects.
  • First point of contact for teams regarding fixture development projects and assist with progression of information required.
  • Manage a range of development projects from initial brief through to manufacture.
  • Lead communication to wider teams on fixture requirements.
  • Work closely with procurement, commercial and the rollout team to ensure smooth landing of projects.
  • Assist with proactive relationship building across departments.
  • Coordinate meeting requirements for Development projects with Fixtures Manager.
  • Participate in meetings, collate notes and next step ownership to assist in progression of detail and monitor next step progression with working group of project.

  • Ensure new fixture arrives in the right place at the right time, working closely with the rollout team.
  • Work with all relevant stakeholders & suppliers for all development projects to assist in progression of detail and monitor next steps with working group for project.
  • Own smaller development projects from brief through to rollout, participating in meetings and collating notes.
  • Proactively investigate information as required to support project progression at point of handover of project for rollout to ensure all specification details and requirements for the project are collated and loaded into Fixture database.
  • Stay on top of retail display trends, producing insights packs & cascade to team.
  • Confidently communicate, challenge and give feedback to others.
  • Encourage teamwork & collaboration between their own team and others.
  • Recognise the strengths & contribution of various teams, build on networks to understand priorities of others and how to add value.
  • Seek feedback and listen to it, take responsibility to find positive outcomes and solutions.
  • Generate ideas and share them both within the immediate team and outside of the team.
  • Create CER documentation liaising with finance & commercial teams to ensure allocation of budget lines identified for PO allocation once IC approved.
  • Raise all purchase orders requested in a timely manner for our suppliers.
  • Maintain and update the budget tracker, highlighting risk.
  • Assist with organisation of tenders and creating the tender packs for issue.
  • Co‑ordinate with legal the creation of contracts at initial stages of tender.
  • Collate all submissions for analysis.
  • Attend review meetings to collate notes/score card details at each stage of review.
  • Ensure all documentation is loaded onto central database for audit purposes.
  • Create final submission packs including IC paper and Legal forms with all relevant signatories.
  • Progress the approval process and ensure any missing or additional details requested are returned in a timely manner.
  • Supplier trackers – ensure all trackers are updated and monitored to task completions.
  • Collate KPI documentation from Implementation and project management team ready for review meetings.
  • Own the fixtures fit‑out specification, ensuring it is kept up to date.
  • Attend KPI meetings to collate notes/score card details and issue to all in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for maintaining specification details for fixtures database, fixtures fit‑out spec, design risk assessment/weight testing documentation, fitting instructions, drawing packs, ensuring that the relevant documents are issued to the correct departments.
